Dave Roper RIP

Dave Roper passed away on the morning of Monday 20 July as a result of an accident during a motocross event at Canada Heights two weeks before.
Dave was an avid member of the pre-65 motocross scene, competing at classic scrambles all over the country and in Europe at the Classic Motocross Des Nations and was chairman of the Sudbury Motorcycle Club.
As a result, he was known by many people and will be greatly missed.
Dave's funeral was held on Tuesday 18th August 2009 at St Andrew's Church, Great Yeldham, Essex
The Sudbury Motorcycle Club have opened a Book of Condolence for those who new Dave to leave their message and happy memories of the great man.
