Would all who post on this page please note the following:
1. This page is to provide facility to businesses/traders to advertise items pertinent to the Classic Scrambles scene.
2. No personal/private advertisements are permitted. Private sellers please use the For Sale page for this.
3. The advertiser is solely responsible for the accuracy of all details contained within any advertisement placed and responses made to any inquiries made.
4. The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring the advertised item is as described and suitable for intended use.
5. The Pre-65 Motocross Club is not and cannot be held to account in any way for the actions of any seller of buyer, the accuracy of any advertisement placed or the suitability of any item advertised and as such is absolved of any involvement in the resolution of any potential dispute arising, it being a private matter to be addressed between the purchaser and seller.
6. Relevant photographs up to a maximum specified file size (256kb) may be attached.
7. Once sold or withdrawn from sale, the seller is required to add a note or reply to the advertisement stating either SOLD or WITHDRAWN as no advertisement will be deleted.
8. Any unsuitable advertisement/post will be removed without prior consultation with the seller.
